Trex IPTV terms of service
These terms explain the responsibilities and limitations connected with website, subscription and reseller use.

Trex IPTV provides account access intended for use with compatible IPTV players, plus setup guidance and separate reseller credit packages. Content categories, channels, VOD titles, guide data, catch-up and stream quality can change according to source, region, device, player and network conditions.
Account eligibility and accurate information
You must be able to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction and provide accurate information needed for activation and support. You are responsible for confirming that the service and intended use comply with laws and regulations that apply to you.
Credentials and connection limits
Keep account, playlist, portal and reseller-panel credentials private. Simultaneous use must remain within the connection count confirmed for the order. Sharing, reselling or redistributing personal-account credentials without permission can lead to suspension.
Pricing and payments
Prices are displayed in USD unless clearly stated otherwise. Confirm the current plan, total, connection count, payment recipient and activation terms before paying. Third-party player fees are separate unless explicitly included in writing.
Availability and quality
No channel, event, title, EPG entry, catch-up period, resolution or uninterrupted playback is guaranteed permanently. Internet routing, Wi-Fi, hardware, codecs, app versions, maintenance and source conditions can affect use.
Prohibited use
Do not use the service for unlawful access, unauthorized redistribution, credential trafficking, security abuse, harassment, fraud, malware delivery or interference with systems or other users. Resellers remain responsible for lawful marketing, customer handling and local obligations.
Trials, renewals and cancellation
Trials are subject to eligibility and capacity. Subscription periods generally run from activation. Do not assume automatic renewal, pause or extension; confirm current terms. Cancellation stops future arrangements but does not automatically create a refund.
Refunds
Refund requests are evaluated under the separate refund policy, including its time window, troubleshooting requirements and exclusions. Reseller credits or provisioned panel access can have additional restrictions.
Limitation and contact
